Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Chat Advisor (German Speaker) for a full-time, on-site role located in Giza. The Chat Advisor will interact with customers through chat to provide high-quality service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support. This role involves clear and effective communication in German, maintaining a customer-focused attitude, and ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer needs. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company protocols are also key day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German (both written and verbal) and a good level of English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-service orientation.
  • Experience with chat advisory or customer service platforms and tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple conversations and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic situations or challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
