Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. As a Chatting Advisor B2, you will handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally over chat platforms. You will assist in resolving customer issues, provide product and service recommendations, and ensure a positive customer service experience. The role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback while conveying a customer-centric attitude in every engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in written communication and the ability to provide a friendly and professional tone during customer interactions.
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for chat-based customer support and multitasking across systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information and feedback.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in the required language(s) for the role, with additional language skills being an advantage.
