- Plan, prepare, and execute authentic Lebanese dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
- Develop menus and specials that reflect traditional and contemporary Lebanese cuisine.
- Coordinate with purchasing to source high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Leadership and team management skills.
