Chef de Partie Pizza who lives and breathes pizza.
Role Overview
As our
Pizza Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality pizzas with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team in a fast-paced environment to delight every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas to exact recipes and standards.
- Manage your pizza station efficiently during service.
- Ensure food is prepared fresh, safe, and presented beautifully.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation.
- Train kitchen team members when needed.
- Adapt menu items based on seasonal or promotional changes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie (pizzeria experience preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of pizza dough, toppings, and cooking methods.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices (CDC/HAACP standards).
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Team-oriented, motivated, and dependable.
- Culinary qualification is a plus.
