Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Plan menus and food production
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Monitor hygiene and safety standards
- Control food cost and minimize wastage
Requirements:
- 5+ years in catering or large-scale kitchen
- Strong leadership and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage high-volume production
- Locally available in Qatar
