Job Description
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABC powder, taking into account safety, cost, and efficiency.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and solve problems in the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to foam and ABC powder production, such as quality control problems or equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production.
What we need in you to be successfull in this role :
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering including, Surface tension , Film formation , material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and mixing phenomena
- Capable to identify new methods of manufacturing chemicals and creating the process.
- Capable to prepare MSDS and technical datasheet of the foam concentrates.
- Strong knowledge on UL 162, UL 139 , EN 1568 and ICAO foam concentrate testing requirements and ISO 17025
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical ability to work in a laboratory or production environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
