Faster Rent a Car is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting & GL activities
- Manage Chart of Accounts and journal entries
- Handle month-end & year-end closing
- Perform reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
- Supervise and train accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- At least 2 years in a senior/chief accounting role
- UAE accounting experience is mandatory
- ERP system experience required (Odoo knowledge is preferred)
- CMA / ACCA is a plus
