- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL. etc.
- Supervises and participates in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Be Responsible for all statutory compliance reporting including WHT, Income tax instalments & social insurance.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Preparing financial and performance reports, in accordance with GAAP.
- Assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews.
- Overseeing the accounting department and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration major Accounting.
- Ideal experience: Min. 6 years of relevant experience in financial with preferred experience in Real Estate/ Construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
