Chief Accountant

The Talent Collective are working with a leading UAE startup, with a highly recognised product in the market. We're looking to source a Chief Accountant to join them as they continue their expansion both within the UAE and internationally.

We're specifically targeting candidates from the Big 4 audit firms (PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY), who are interested in making the move to industry. This role would suit a Senior Associate or Assistant Manager looking to make the move.

This is a critical role responsible for leading month-end close, ensuring accuracy across the general ledger, strengthening internal controls, and maintaining full audit readiness. The Chief Accountant will also play a key role in embedding scalable accounting processes within Microsoft Dynamics as we expand across markets and complexity increases.

This role is foundational to building a finance function that leadership can depend on for trusted numbers, strong governance, and financial stability as the business grows.

Requirements

• 5 years+ of accounting experience from a big 4 audit firm - only PWC, Deloitte, KPMG and EY will be considered
• Must be based already in Dubai
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a start up environment
