KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Performs assessments after the events to plan and enhance future events.

# Inspects event facilities to ensure they comply with the employees needs.

# Meets with companies and organizes committees to plan the scope and format of events, develops and

oversees budgets and assesses the administrative procedures and event progress.

# Negotiates contracts with the service providers and suppliers such as hotels, convention centers, speakers, and companies.

# Interprets and answers Grievance and committee complaints.

# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate

# Monitors key performance indicators and goals for all the section activities and ensures effective outcome for events and initiatives.

# Supports on providing strategies, policies and procedures for events and initiatives.

# Draws new show ideas and markets.

# Performs sourcing and manages the external support agencies including printers, design, and photography.

# Controls expenses in alignment with the budget.

# Documents all Events and initiatives.

# Devises programs, agendas, budgets, and services as per what is required by employees.

# Oversees event activities guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIECE

Education

# Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or People Strategy or related fields from a recognized university

SkillsExcellent Business writing skills

# Problem identification and problem resolution skills.

# Quantitative and statistical skills to review analyze and present data in a format usable by non-quantitative

executives and decision makers.

# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple

concurrent tasks

# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications

# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
