This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership for Monfi Digital Bank, ensuring operational excellence while steering the organization's vision in the rapidly evolving world of crypto finance. Responsibilities include planning and executing high-level strategies, overseeing daily operations, managing corporate finances, driving business growth initiatives, and establishing partnerships within the crypto and financial-services ecosystem. Delivering organizational goals and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards will be a top priority.

• Strong background in Finance, including budget management, financial planning, and financial performance tracking
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning to ensure streamlined processes and efficient workflows
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and build client-focused strategies
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities, with experience in leading diverse, high-performing teams
• Solid knowledge of the digital and crypto-banking landscape, including regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
