- Drive innovation and lead the organization through technological advancements, ensuring a competitive edge in the real estate and construction technology sectors.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Financial Management:
- Utilize financial acumen to make sound decisions that enhance profitability and sustainable growth.
- Foster strong relationships with financial partners, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding for strategic initiatives.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and ventures to expand the companys footprint in the real estate and technology construction sectors.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering and Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance or related field.

- A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in real estate and technology construction projects.
- Proven success in executive leadership roles, with a focus on driving organizational growth and profitability.
