Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Monfi Digital Bank, located in Dubai. The CEO will oversee the overall strategy, management, and growth of the organization. Responsibilities include driving financial performance, managing operations, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring strong sales performance, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. The CEO will also represent the organization in key business engagements and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to optimize resources and achieve organizational goals
• Experience in Sales and cultivating revenue-generating opportunities
• Proven ability in Strategic Planning to create and implement effective long-term strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• A strong track record in executive leadership roles, preferably within the banking or financial technology sectors
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with digital banking trends and crypto is an advantage
