Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Qesm El Maadi. The CEO will oversee the organization's strategic direction, manage its financial and operational performance, and create scalable business plans. Key responsibilities include driving company growth, managing sales initiatives, and improving operational efficiency. The CEO will also play a critical role in leadership, ensuring all teams are aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance and Operations Management
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven track record in driving Sales and achieving revenue goals
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; an advanced degree such as MBA is an advantage
• Experience in the retail or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable
