We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Manager with a strong background in chocolate manufacturing or confectionery. The ideal candidate will drive financial strategy, cost management, and profitability while leading a finance team in a fast-growing chocolate business.

Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000/-
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage manufacturing cost accounting, raw material costing, and waste control.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
- Prepare MIS reports and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with current financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in chocolate manufacturing/confectionery.
- 710 years in finance; 5+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG costing, ERP systems, and audit management.
- CA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
- Excellent analytical, strategic and communication skills.
