Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the organization's financial planning and reporting, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and provide strategic financial guidance to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, presenting financial insights to stakeholders, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and leading the finance team effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Financial Planning, developing budgets, and managing resources skillfully
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong background in Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Proven leadership abilities to oversee a finance team effectively
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
