Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Brassbell Hospitality Group | Giza, Egypt (On-site)

The CFO will serve as a key member of BHG's executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the company's financial strategy, ensuring disciplined growth, and establishing the systems and structures required for scale.

As a former CFO and strategic finance leader, you will:

• Lead finance strategy, capital structure, complex deals, and high-growth performance.
• Build and mentor top-performing teams, implement strong controls, drive transparency and efficiency.
• Manage investor relations and fundraising, confidently engaging with investors and structuring complex transactions.
• Establish robust financial systems while mentoring and empowering the finance team.

The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with entrepreneurial agility and strategic vision.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance

role.

Proven track record in hospitality, real estate, private equity, or related industries strongly preferred.

Expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, deal structuring, and investor relations.

Demonstrated experience building financial systems, processes, and teams in high-growth environments.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to simplify complexity and drive clarity.

Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACA, MBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
