Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, planning, and growth strategy across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Financial Budget, Cost controlling

• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and investments.

• Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and reporting.

• Support executive management with strategic decisions.

• Develop financial controls and risk management systems.

• Lead finance teams and improve operational efficiency.

• Support expansion plans within GCC markets.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or master's in finance / accounting. MBA, CPA, ACCA preferred.

• 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Strong GCC & market experience.

• Experience in retail / FMCG / perfume industry preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP B1 ERP, Odoo systems.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
