Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company's global financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning across international operations.
  • Drive financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Global Financial Operations

  • Oversee financial operations across the United States and the GCC region (including UAE/Dubai).
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and GCC financial and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency financial structures across international markets.
  • Establish standardized financial controls and governance frameworks across global offices.

Treasury & Capital Management

  • Manage corporate treasury operations, liquidity planning, and global banking relationships.
  • Lead funding strategies including debt financing, equity raising, and investor engagement.
  • Oversee foreign exchange risk management and capital allocation strategies.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with both IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting standards.
  • Manage external audits, regulatory filings, and tax compliance in both U.S. and GCC jurisdictions.
  • Oversee corporate structuring, transfer pricing, and international tax planning.

Investor Relations & Corporate Transactions

  • Act as a primary liaison with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
  • Present financial results and strategic financial plans to the Board and investors.

Risk Management & Governance

  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide financial risk management frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with international governance and regulatory standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial transparency, and compliance across all entities.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing global finance organization.
  • Mentor senior finance leaders across regions and strengthen financial capabilities within the company.
  • Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working in both the U.S. and Dubai/GCC financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, international tax frameworks, and cross-border financial management.
  • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional financial operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading finance teams in multinational or global organizations.
