Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and strategy, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring sound financial management practices across the organization. The role also includes the development and implementation of financial systems, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and sustainability. The CFO will work collaboratively with executive leadership to align financial initiatives with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and overseeing sound financial strategies
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong foundational knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification such as CFA preferred)
- Leadership experience in finance, preferably in the education or training industry
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
