Chief Financial Officer

EYouth is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering youth across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

·      Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and ensure long-term sustainability.

·      Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and continuously enhance internal financial processes.

·      Collaborate with the executive leadership team to provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.

·      Manage financial risks, investment strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.

·      Proven expertise in financial management, corporate finance, and strategic planning within a high-growth environment.

·      Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management.

·      Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

·      Experience in the education, SaaS, or technology sectors is highly desirable.

·      CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
