Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Riyadh
Integral Recruitment is partnering with a prominent conglomerate to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for its Riyadh headquarters.
This is a strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to lead the financial agenda of a diversified group during a period of significant growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the CFO will:
- Lead the development and execution of the Group's financial strategy
- Provide oversight across accounting, tax planning, budgeting and forecasting, credit control, treasury and asset management
- Drive M&A activity, investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions
- Safeguard and optimise organisational assets and shareholder value
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks across the GCC and Europe
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance function
- Partner with the executive leadership team to shape and deliver overall business strategy
Candidate Profile
- Early career foundation within a Big Four firm or reputable Mid-Tier Consultancy practice.
- Minimum two decades of progressive financial experience across Europe and the Middle East with essential experience operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Experience within publicly listed organisations or businesses preparing for IPO
- Proven track record in leading finance transformation and strategic growth initiatives
- Highly commercial, with sound judgement and the ability to influence and manager senior stakeholders at Board level
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Significant senior-level financial leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and regulatory frameworks across the GCC and Europe
