A leading, regulated organisation within the financial services ecosystem is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team in Riyadh, KSA.
This is a strategic role reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for finance, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, governance, and financial strategy. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, strengthening controls, and partnering with the Board and Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organisation's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and long-term decision-making
- Oversee financial performance, variance analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage procurement strategy, cost optimisation, and supplier governance
- Ensure strong financial controls, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with executive leadership on investments, capital planning, and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement, financial governance, and best-practice frameworks
- Lead and develop high-performing finance and procurement teams
- Ensure alignment with information security, business continuity, and risk requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar (Master's / MBA preferred)
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA or equivalent
- 13+ years experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Strong background within regulated environments
- Advanced English communication skills
