Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Group Treasurer
Oversight, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt (with potential MEA expansion)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in financial management, with at least 5 years of practical experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and provide strategic insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage all trade finance facilities, including LC, SBLC, bank guarantees, trust receipts, factoring, and supplier-backed financing.
- Maintain and optimize banking facilities with regional and international banks across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
- Define and enforce customer credit policies, limits, and approval frameworks across all entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is Preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Gulf tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Arabic language is a must
