Title: Chief Legal Officer Next Generation Markets/Digital Assets

We are supporting the launch of a new financial markets initiative in the Middle East. The organisation is building a next-generation platform that blends the stability of traditional market infrastructure with innovative digital solutions.

The Chief Legal Officer will lead all legal and regulatory matters, working alongside senior leadership and external stakeholders. This role will cover corporate governance, regulatory engagement, oversight of innovative financial products, and support for major commercial partnerships.

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of legal experience, including senior leadership roles in financial services, capital markets, or exchanges
• Expertise in securities regulation, governance, and cross-border legal frameworks
• Experience advising on financial innovation, digital products, or new market structures
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with regulators, boards, and institutional partners
