We're looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is energized by the challenge of scaling a category-defining health-tech brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves building brands, thrives on optimizing performance, and knows how to turn insights into action.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the marketing strategy across B2C and B2B2C channels
- Build data-driven systems to track cohorts, optimize spend, and measure success through metrics like CLV-to-CAC, payback, and retention
- Develop campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive immediate impact and long-term value
- Position the company as a leader in proactive, digital-first healthcare through bold storytelling and thought leadership
- Build a high-performing marketing team that blends creativity with analytical rigor
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to create integrated growth loops
About you :
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth consumer, digital health, or tech-driven environments
- A proven track record of scaling marketing performance in fast-paced settings
- Strong experience in growth marketing and experimentation
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, cohorts, and lifecycle strategies
- Ability to tie marketing outcomes directly to business performance (CLV/CAC, ROI, retention)
- A builder mentalitycomfortable rolling up your sleeves to implement scalable systems
