1. CXO Office & Strategic Execution
- Act as an extension of the CXO in driving key business priorities
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones and outcomes
- Drive governance cadence (reviews, dashboards) across business units
2. AI-Led Transformation (Core Focus)
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI use cases across:
- Partner with Product, Data and Tech teams to scale AI/ML initiatives
- Drive adoption of GenAI tools across functions to improve productivity
- Track ROI and business impact of AI deployments
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business teams
- Lead high-priority, ambiguous and cross-cutting projects
- Identify and unblock execution bottlenecks
4. Business Insights & Decision Support
- Build executive dashboards and insights for decision-making
- Conduct deep dives on growth, margins, and customer metrics
- Support strategic initiatives including new business launches
5. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Prepare CXO-level presentations, board updates and strategy documents
- Interface with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Drive internal communication and alignment on key priorities
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 1015 years of experience in strategy, consulting and business roles.
- Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven organizations is a strong plus.
