Role Overview
This is a high-impact Strategy & Operations / Corporate Development role, working directly with the Founder on investor-facing activity, strategic analysis, and high-priority business initiatives.
You will act as a trusted execution partner, owning the preparation and coordination of investor materials, supporting capital and M&A-related work, and providing structured oversight of business performance across multiple units.
This role is well suited to a Chief of Staff with a foundation in investment banking, corporate development, or transaction-heavy strategy roles, who wants meaningful ownership and exposure within a scaled but fast-moving fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Strategic Support
- Own and maintain all investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, board materials, data rooms, and supporting analysis
- Support ongoing investor communications, reporting, and ad-hoc strategic requests
- Ensure business performance is clearly articulated through high-quality financial and operational narratives
Corporate Development & Strategic Analysis
- Support evaluation of M&A, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
- Oversee development financial models and scenario analyses to support growth and investment decisions with existing team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to consolidate performance across multiple business units
Business & Founder Support
- Act as a trusted execution partner to the Founder on high-priority initiatives
- Provide structured thinking and follow-through in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Liaise with business unit heads where required
- Serve as a polished external interface with advisors, partners, and investors
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- Strategy & operations experience combined with investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, or high-intensity finance roles
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders on high-stakes financial or strategic matters

Other Requirements
- Based in the UAE or able to relocate immediately (no visa sponsorship available)

Contract & Compensation
- Contract: Rolling 1218 month contract
- Compensation: USD $10,000 $12,500 per month (depending on experience)
