Role OverviewCosmos is building a modern corporate services and business infrastructure platform for founders and international businesses operating in the UAE.
We are seeking a high-calibre Chief of Staff to act as an execution partner to the CEO. This is a strategic and operational role designed for someone with a top-tier consulting or high-growth startup background who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
You will drive alignment across priorities, ensure initiatives translate into action, support investor and board communication, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO.
This is not an administrative role. It is a leadership acceleration role.
What You'll Do- Drive execution of strategic initiatives led by the CEO
- Track and enforce priorities, deadlines, and outcomes across the leadership team
- Ensure decisions translate into clear action plans and accountability
- Partner with functional leaders (Commercial, Finance, Product, Marketing) to unblock progress
- Support fundraising processes, investor coordination, and follow-ups
- Prepare board decks, investor updates, and executive-level performance summaries
- Conduct market, competitive, and strategic analysis to inform decisions
- Synthesize complex information into clear, structured recommendations
- Support quarterly planning cycles, OKR alignment, and KPI tracking
- Lead special projects on behalf of the CEO as required
What We're Looking For- 37 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, etc.) or similar strategy role
- Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or senior executives
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with high ownership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, tech, or high-growth startups preferred
