This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezone

The Chief of Staff / Human Resources Director serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing all human resources functions. This role ensures operational excellence, organizational alignment, talent development, and compliance with employment regulations. The position combines executive-level coordination with full-spectrum HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Strategic Leadership (Chief of Staff Function)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/Executive Team
  • Oversee execution of company goals and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure alignment
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board presentations
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
  • Improve internal processes and organizational efficiency
  • Human Resources Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Design compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
  • Lead performance management and employee evaluation systems
  • Develop training and leadership development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Build a strong organizational culture and engagement initiatives

  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

  • Drive change management initiatives
  • Improve employee engagement and retention
  • Analyze workforce data to guide strategic decisions

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are a plus

Experience

  • 510+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Strong background in strategic planning and operations
