The
Chief of Staff / Human Resources Director serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing all human resources functions. This role ensures operational excellence, organizational alignment, talent development, and compliance with employment regulations. The position combines executive-level coordination with full-spectrum HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Strategic Leadership (Chief of Staff Function)
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/Executive Team
- Oversee execution of company goals and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure alignment
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board presentations
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Improve internal processes and organizational efficiency
- Human Resources Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Design compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
- Lead performance management and employee evaluation systems
- Develop training and leadership development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Build a strong organizational culture and engagement initiatives

- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
Experience
- 510+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience working directly with C-level executives
- Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong background in strategic planning and operations
