Job Description
- Monitor and track the latest media trends and prepare the necessary reports to ensure continuous improvement
- Develop and organize innovative media campaigns based on the approved communication plan
- Participate in monitoring the implementation of the department's strategy and prepare periodic reports that include projects, performance indicators, and recommendations for amendments and corrective actions
- Monitor the implementation of the department's operational plan and prepare periodic reports
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as required
- Participate in preparing media plans in accordance with the Authority's strategic goals and initiatives, and monitor their implementation in coordination with the relevant organizational units
- Write and draft press releases, articles, and media statements in coordination with the relevant organizational units
- Coordinate between the Authority's institutions and sectors to highlight the Authority's efforts through the media and enhance its institutional reputation
- Maintain continuous communication with the media and build positive media relationships with various media outlets
- Coordinate media meetings and inquiries, and ensure internal and external coordination to enhance the Authority's institutional reputation
Qualifications
- Document management. Business reports. Letter writing
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, marketing, or equivalent from an accredited university Diploma: 8 years of experience in the field Bachelor's degree: 2 years of experience in the field
- Adaptability within a team
- Excellent listener and communicator with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Adaptable team member capable of effectively prioritizing and coordinating concurrent projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills with proficiency in multiple software programs covering a wide range of applications
