A leading main contracting & construction company is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational delivery of a portfolio of prestigious multi-billion SAR luxury construction projects, including ultra-luxury hospitality, mixed-use, residential, and landmark projects. - Safety Leadership & Regulatory Compliance, ensuring adherence to HSE standards, local regulations, and industry best practices
- Construction Quality Management & Performance Standards, maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and client satisfaction
- Leading and Mentoring Senior Management Teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Multi-Project Contractor Coordination, managing multiple project teams and stakeholders simultaneously across diverse project portfolios
- Construction Operations Management & Site Supervision, overseeing end-to-end construction activities and field operations
- Construction Cost Management & Financial Performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability enhancement
- Construction Team Leadership & Organizational Development, building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Stakeholder Management & Communication, effectively engaging with clients, consultants, developers, government authorities, and key business partners
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any Related Technical Certificates
- Master's degree in civil engineering or any related field
- Total experience of 25 to 30 years of total construction industry experience with 10 to 15 years in senior leadership positions like Executive Director and COO
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with total portfolios exceeding SAR 5-10 billion SAR
- Must have Strong background in managing and delivering High-end luxury hotels (5-star) Mega Residential and Commercial towers
