Job Description

Lead and manage all operational and project execution activities for the Group's roads and infrastructure contracting business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to contractual standards while maximising profitability and minimising risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of all infrastructure and civil projects across the Group.
  • Ensure strong planning, cost control, scheduling, and reporting across projects.
  • Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial risk management.
  • Drive HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
  • Support tender reviews, bid strategies, and execution planning.
  • Lead and develop senior operational and project leadership teams.
  • Manage key client, consultant, authority, and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years in infrastructure contracting, with senior leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC execution, FIDIC contracts, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership, commercial acumen, and delivery track record.
