About the Role
Bybit is evolving from a leading crypto exchange into a next-generation global financial platform integrating trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional solutions into a unified ecosystem.
As we scale across products, markets, and regulatory environments, product becomes the core driver of user experience, growth, and monetization.
We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead Bybit's global product vision combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI-driven transformation to build a scalable, intelligent financial platform.
This role reports directly to the Founder and will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term direction.
What You Will Own
- Own the end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines, including trading (spot, derivatives), payments, card, earn, wealth, institutional products etc.
- Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem, ensuring strong integration across all product verticals into a unified user experience
- Own and scale the growth product function, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across global markets
- Design and implement product-led growth strategies, leveraging data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization
- Drive AI adoption across products and internal product processes, including:
- AI-powered trading tools, recommendations, and automation
- Personalization and intelligent user journeys
- Internal productivity tools for product and operations teams
- Identify and lead innovation opportunities across both centralized and on-chain ecosystems, including AI, DeFi, and next-generation financial infrastructure
- Lead and scale a global product organization, including product managers, growth product teams, and product operations
- Translate business vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant products
- Optimize product performance through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous iteration
- Ensure product design aligns with global regulatory requirements and local market dynamics
- Establish product governance, processes, and operating rhythms to support global scale and speed

What We are Looking for
- Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments
- Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services or digital tech products
- Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions, with strong understanding of product-led growth
- Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations, with practical understanding of how AI enhances user experience and business performance
- Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behavior in digital asset markets
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex, multi-product platforms
- Strong product intuition combined with data-driven decision-making
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly competitive environments
- Ability to balance long-term product vision with short-term execution priorities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with founders and executive teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and user-centric approach
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
