Role: Chief Product & Technology Officer

Location: Dubai

Calling all senior Engineering & Tech leaders from India!

We are partnering with a fast-growing fashion & marketplace brand in Dubai, hiring a CPTO to lead their next phase of scale.

They are in the 1-10 journey, building a full-stack marketplace ecosystem -the ideal fit is:

-70% Engineering / 30% Product

-Strong experience in eCommerce, retail, or a similar fast paced consumer-facing industry

-12+ yrs of experience with 4+ yrs in the leadership position

-Deep experience in architecture, platforms & scalable systems

-Expertise in product development, platform scaling, mobile-first design, and optimizing customer journeys across touchpoints

-Experience with data-driven decision-making, personalization technologies (AI/ML), and integrating third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, delivery services)

Open to relocating to Dubai
