Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the regulators and external stakeholders to ensure that the organization is aligned with the local and global rules and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to mitigate the company's primary threats by developing risk maps and strategic action plans.
- Keeping stakeholders and board members informed about the business's risk profile and assessments.
- Sound understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Execute organization vision by developing and implementing short-term and long term risk strategies.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline preferably in Finance/Accounting.
- 15 years of experience in total with 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a bank or financial services organization.
- Expertise within Market, Liquidity and Enterprise Risk Management.
