Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Solution Architect located in Amman. The Chief Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions that align with our clients business goals and leverage the latest technologies. On the other hand, he will be responsible of leading our software development team to realize the solutions business goals according to the chosen architecture.

We're looking for somebody who has passion for coding and development , has handons experience and like to lead not to just to manage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Setup the solution overall architecture according to the best practices and architectural design patterns.
• Create the project skeleton and implement core modules according to the technical and business constraints.
• Document client-user stories and technical constraints/requirements.
• Create detailed designs for implementation.
• Identify project risks and present alternatives to solve the issue.
• Develop proofs of concept that validate the solution.
• Manage and supervise the development team towards proper delivery of the solution.

Skills

• Deep Experience in .Net Core and Entity Framework.
• Well versed on ReactJS and frontend frameworks.
• Deep experience in designing and implementing API first solutions.
• Deep experience in workflow engines like Camunda.
• Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
• Solution definition and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience in project management.
• Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management.
• Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
• Good understanding of business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 8 years experience with minimum two years experience as solution architect.
• Previous experience in implementating smart government solutions is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale software development, frameworks, and methodologies
