Chief Specialist (Benchmarking) - Research & Development | UAE National

Drive excellence across RTA by leading the development and implementation of world-class benchmarking frameworks. This role is responsible for shaping policies, methodologies, and KPIs that enhance performance and align with international best practices.

Responsibilities

You will guide stakeholders, identify benchmarking opportunities, and support sectors in planning and executing benchmarking initiatives. The role also involves developing documentation, conducting training sessions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

We're looking for professionals with strong expertise in benchmarking research, knowledge management, and performance analysis, combined with experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant fields
• Must have 9+ years of experience with Masters or 11+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree
• Must have knowledge in Design Thinking
