Expert - Strategy & Corporate Governance - CEO Office

Provide high-level strategy, governance, and performance advisory to the CEO Office in driving enterprise strategy, governance, and performance across RTA. In this role, you will provide advisory on corporate strategy, policies, and organizational development while strengthening KPI frameworks and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The role will lead strategic studies, oversee sector plans, and translate executive directives into governance actions, committee outcomes, and measurable results. It will also involve monitoring programs, evaluating risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will coordinate partnerships, support innovation initiatives, and enhance enterprise performance through structured reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Public Administration/Policy, Business/Management, or Engineering Management, Future Foresight or Technology/Computer Science
• Must have 12+ Years in case of Master's degree (14+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)
• Must have extensive experience in enterprise strategy/excellence, KPI frameworks, policy/governance, and committee/board reporting across a large public entity
• Must have strong expertise in strategic governance, risk and performance management, policy development, project delivery, and investment evaluation, supported by innovation, foresight, and deep organizational context.
