Job Description:
Employee Experience & Wellbeing Programs
- Design and execute initiatives that promote mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
- Curate employee feedback and engagement data to inform program improvements.
- Introduce innovative practices that support balance, inclusion, and belonging.
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan and deliver high-impact internal events (festivals, celebrations, wellness weeks, volunteering days, cultural activities).
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event measurement.
- Ensure all events reflect company values and strengthen employee connection.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Champion creative communication campaigns to promote wellbeing and engagement activities.
- Partner with leaders and HR business partners to align programs with business priorities.
- Drive recognition programs and activities that celebrate achievements and milestones.
Measurement & Insight
- Track participation, feedback, and engagement metrics; develop reports and recommendations.
- Benchmark programs against best practices in employee experience and wellbeing.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with HR, Communications, Facilities, and senior leaders to ensure alignment.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador and trusted advisor for improving day-to-day experience.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 8-11 years of experience in employee engagement, corporate event management, or wellbeing programs.
- Hands-on experience executing large-scale corporate events and wellbeing initiatives.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative, empathetic, and passionate about fostering positive workplace environments.
