Chief Specialist (Investment) - Commercial Transformation

Play a key role in shaping RTA's financial sustainability by leading commercial transformation and investment governance initiatives. You will develop and implement investment strategies, policies, and frameworks while ensuring alignment with UAE regulations and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, managing large-scale projects, and advising on complex transactions such as IPOs and carve-outs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee consultants, and drive performance through robust reporting and KPIs. You'll also enhance governance, manage investment risks, and introduce innovative practices to optimize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management.
• Must have 9+ years in case of Master's degree (11+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)
• Preferred Certification in Certifications including PMP, CFA
