Chief Specialist - Project Portfolio Management

Drive Authority-level impact by leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and performance across RTA's strategic projects. In this role, you will develop and enhance PPM and EPM systems, align project portfolios with strategic KPIs, and oversee budget prioritization and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project performance, produce executive reports, evaluate new project submissions, and ensure alignment with policies and strategic objectives. You will also advance project management maturity, implement frameworks, and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

We're looking for a professional with strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, investment evaluation, and performance reporting, with a passion for driving transformation and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Engineering Management/ Project Management/ Business Administration
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Management of Portfolios (MoP)
• Must have experience in Governance, Risk & Excellence Programs and Performance Monitoring
• Must have 9+ years in case of Master's degree(11+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)
