About the Role
TheChief Strategy Officer (CSO)will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape UnlockLand's global strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
This role will focus oncorporate strategy, market positioning, investment partnerships, and long-term growth initiativesas we scale our AI platform across international real estate markets.
The CSO will play a critical role in aligningproduct innovation, capital strategy, and global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead UnlockLand'slong-term corporate strategy and growth roadmap
- Identify newmarket opportunities, verticals, and global expansion strategies
- Develop strategic initiatives that position UnlockLand as aglobal leader in AI-powered real estate intelligence
Market Expansion
- Drive expansion intokey international markets, including North America, MENA, and Asia-Pacific
- Analyze market trends acrossreal estate development, PropTech, and AI-driven planning
- Support entry strategies forgovernment partnerships and institutional clients
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build strategic relationships withdevelopers, investors, government agencies, and technology partners
- Lead collaboration with industry organizations and accelerators
- Establish partnerships that expand theUnlockLand ecosystem and distribution channels
Corporate Development
- Support strategic initiatives includingcapital partnerships, investment strategy, and M&A opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for scaling enterprise adoption
- Align product strategy with long-term business objectives
Executive Collaboration
- Work closely withCEO, product leadership, and global operations teams
- Translate strategic insights into actionable initiatives across departments
- Provide strategic guidance for major business decisions
