Hassan Allam Construction is currently seeking a qualified Chief Technical Office Engineer Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction and residential projects and a solid background in technical office management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Office Architecture team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review material submittals, RFIs, and technical reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
- Support project management in planning, cost control, and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in construction projects, with strong experience in residential developments.
- Proven experience in technical office activities including shop drawings, coordination, and material submittals.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
