Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term technological vision and roadmap.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies.
- Manage technology budgets, infrastructure costs, and vendor partnerships.
- Represent the organization as a technical leader to stakeholders and clients.
- Build and maintain a high-performing engineering culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- 12+ years of progressive technical leadership experience.
- Strategic planning.
- System architecture
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Cloud platforms and system architecture technologies.
- Ability to lead technological strategy and roadmap execution.
