About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of our platform. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and has deep expertise in Web3, trading systems, and infrastructure-heavy products.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the overall technical strategy, architecture, and execution
- Review, optimize, and scale the existing system architecture
- Lead end-to-end delivery across:
- Backend systems
- Blockchain integrations
- APIs and third-party integrations
- Infrastructure and DevOps
- Oversee and manage launch-critical dependencies, including:
- Wallet integrations
- Fiat on-ramps
- Oracles
- External APIs
- Identify technical risks early and proactively mitigate bottlenecks
- Ensure high execution velocity while maintaining system reliability and scalability
- Build and lead a high-performance engineering team (as needed)
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a CTO / Tech Lead / Founding Engineer in a high-growth startup
- Strong background in Web3 engineering, especially within trading or financial products
- Experience building or contributing to prediction market platforms (highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development on Solana
- Deep understanding of:
- Distributed systems
- Low-latency backend architecture
- API integrations
- Infrastructure scaling
- Experience managing complex product launches under tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to move fast under pressure
Preferred Background- Experience working on prediction market platforms
- Background with Kalshi, Polymarket, or similar ecosystems
- Exposure to:
- Trading systems
- Financial infrastructure
- Real-time / high-frequency systems
