Job Purpose:
To support the Family & Multigenerational Wellness Manager in creating and delivering meaningful, ag e-appropriate programs that promote children's growth and well-being. The Child Development Facilitator will engage children through creative, educational, and wellness-based activities, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment that aligns with Jayasom's holistic philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and delivering ag e-appropriate wellness and learning activities based on child development principles.
- Facilitate engaging programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support each child's development journey.
- Encourage family participation through shared wellness experiences and activities.
- Uphold Jayasom's wellness philosophy by being a positive, compassionate, and health-oriented role model.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Early Years Education, Child Care, or Child Development (Level 2 or Level 3).
- Previous experience working with children in a wellness, educational, or hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about children's holistic well-being.
