This document defines the roles, responsibilities, deliverables, service levels, KPIs and governance model for CI/CD DevOps Support across Production, DR, UAT and SIT environments. The vendor shall provide experienced DevOps engineers responsible for design, implementation, support and optimization of CI/CD pipelines within the Bank's GitHub-based DevOps ecosystem.
Design, build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Implement reusable workflow templates and enforce PR-based branching strategy.
Integrate SonarQube, security scanning and quality gates within pipelines.
Manage artifact versioning, release tagging and traceability.
Implement Git branching/merging strategies, code review workflows, and release tagging.
Support cloud/on-prem deployments including ARO/OCP where applicable.
Set up application performance monitoring (e.g., Dynatrace) traces and SLO dashboards.
Automate deployments across SIT, UAT and Production environments.
Provide L2/L3 support for CI/CD incidents and perform root cause analysis.
CI/CD Pipeline Catalog with ownership mapping.
Standardized reusable pipeline templates.
Monthly DevOps Health Report.
Deployment audit trail and compliance reports.
Incident RCA reports with corrective and preventive actions.
