Job Description

We are hiring a senior Russian-speaking Advisory Sales Lead to own and build our CIS client vertical.

This is a consultative, advice-first position with a clear path to becoming Head of CIS Sales within 1218 months.

You will:

  1. Advise clients
  2. Close complex deals
  3. Build trust
  4. Say no to bad business
  5. Own revenue and outcomes

What You'll Do

  1. Advise Russian/CIS clients on:
  2. UAE company formation
  3. Banking strategies
  4. Tax & compliance (with internal experts)
  5. OnePack / retainer solutions
  6. Advanced structuring (foundations, holdings, DIFC)

You will:

  1. Generate your own pipeline (no inbound at the start)
  2. Run discovery calls and in-person meetings
  3. Structure proposals and close deals above AED 100k
  4. Coordinate internally with tax, banking, PRO, and operations teams
  5. Protect the firm from bad clients, unrealistic expectations, or high-risk setups
  6. Create educational content (Telegram, LinkedIn, webinars) in collaboration with marketing if needed

Growth Path

Within 1218 months, this role evolves into:

Head of Russian Desk

With:

  1. Ownership of Russian/CIS revenue
  2. Authority to hire and train junior advisors
  3. P&L responsibility
  4. Department budget control
  5. KPI ownership
  6. Commission override on team performance

This is a business-within-a-business, not just a sales title.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 35+ years in UAE corporate services
  • Proven Russian-speaking client portfolio

  • Strong understanding of:

1 UAE Free Zones & Mainland

2 Banking challenges for Russian/CIS clients

3 Cross-border tax considerations (UAE CIS)

We are looking for someone with :

  1. Consultative, calm, authoritative communication style
  2. Ability to explain complex topics simply
  3. English fluency (internal & client communication)

  2. Long-term builder, not a quick closer
  3. Comfortable saying no
